I've run legal files with minimal supervision, managed seasonal work crews in agriculture, overseen client onboarding systems, and even cold-called for casting agencies while reviewing audition tapes in the same week. (I've wrangled lawyers, farmers, and actors — and survived to tell the tale.)

Outside of work, I live full-time on the road with my husband Mick and our two fur kids, Charli and Squeaker. My "home office" could be anywhere in Australia, and I love the freedom and resilience that brings. Wellbeing practices like meditation, movement, and a curiosity for psychology keep me grounded and balanced. (Yes, I'm the person who colour-codes spreadsheets and meditates under gum trees.)
